Greetings honeys!

I want to share with you my new favorite breakfast/brunch spot.

I often find myself hungry and somewhere in Denver on Saturday and Sunday mornings, that’s how I found Bird.

It’s a cute restaurant located in a house on South Pearl Street.

I’ve been here three times and every time I’ve been, its been so yummy!

My favorite item on the menu is the basil tomato avocado toast. It has two eggs of any style, avocado, heirloom tomato, and basil vinaigrette. Heavenly!

It’s on the lighter side which is also a reason why I like it.

If you’re looking for something a little more filling, I’ve had their breakfast burrito which was also really good.

My friend always gets the stuffed French toast, which I’ve tried a bite of, and It’s delicious.

Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 9.5.

I highly recommend visiting Bird!
