These oysters served at the lovely Sushi Sasa will always have a special place in my heart.

They were the first oysters I had ever tried. It has been said: “eating an oyster is like making love to the sea”, and I cannot fathom another phrase to describe exactly how I feel about them. I can never get enough oysters. This establishment not only began my love of consuming oysters but generated a craving for it each and every weekend when I get the chance to visit their Downtown Denver location.
