My friend Jackie Is always working out, cleaning, and dancing. I see all the amazing things she does everyday on her snap chat story and I noticed that she always starts her day by making a healthy, simple, and delicious breakfast.

I asked her what she puts in her breakfast to keep her energy at the level it is every single day and guess what — it’s so simple!

Scrambled eggs being cooked with kale, red onions, and cherry tomatoes, finally topped with avocado once those veggies are cooked.
