Hello friends!
Today I want to share with you a delicious toasty, cheesy, crusty, delight!
First, start by finely chopping up one shallot.
Turn your oven on to 425 degrees.
Heat two tablespoons of olive oil and two tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat.
When the butter is melted, add the shallot into the pan along with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar with a little salt and pepper.
Turn the stove’s heat down to low and let it caramelize for about 15 minutes.
Take a french baguette and cut it into slices, brush them with olive oil on both sides and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Take the bread out and spread the burrata on it, followed by fig jam. Then, finally, spoon on the caramelized shallot.
Short, sweet, and delicious.
Enjoy!
