Artichoke Heart Stuffed Mushrooms


This is an amazing appetizer to make for family dinners — especially Thanksgiving and Christmas!

I made these for my family on Thanksgiving and they loved them so much that I am thinking about making them once again for Christmas.

They are so easy to make.

All you need is: 2 packages of button mushrooms, a container of artichoke dip, panko bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese.

Start by cutting the stem off the mushrooms and scraping the gills out with a spoon. Do this to all the mushrooms. Then, stuff the caps with artichoke dip. After this, top these dudes with Panko bread crumbs and parmesan chees.

After this preparation, just put them in the oven after it’s been pre-heated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake them until the cheese melts and they look a little crispy, and you’re all set!
