Caprese Zoodles :)

A healthy and easy lunch or appetizer to share with friends and family! Simply spiralize two zucchinis into zoodles, toss the zoodles with a table spoon of olive oil, add a pinch of salt and pepper, half as many cherry tomatoes as desired and throw them in, chop basil and throw it in, half as many mozzarella balls as desired and throw them in, add a bit of a balsamic vinegar, mix it all together and enjoy!!! I am sorry that I don’t have precise measurements, making this is very intuitive and almost second nature to me at this point! 🙂
