I love shrimp, but, I have only ever eaten it when my Grandma had cooked it for me. This was until a couple months ago, when I had found and easy recipe for cooking shrimp in Pinot Grigio. This recipe has changed my whole life! My grandma told me she does not like cocktail sauce purchased from the store (which I had been using originally), so I began to make my own cocktail sauce consisting of: Ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
This is so quick and easy! It has definitely become my favorite meal to have for either lunch or dinner during the week.
