Ashton and I decided to take a trip to Glenwood Springs and have a relaxing Hallow-weekend spending time together in the hot springs and tasting the many family-owned restaurants in the area. The first night we were in Glenwood, we had dinner at a lovely Italian place called Brava Modern Trattoria. We started with a beautiful charcuterie bored (of which, our server warned us was meant to serve four people) but we eat a lot of charcuterie, so we did not even see this as a challenge. After the charcuterie, we were already pretty full. Despite this, I was still able to eat my amazing entrée, a lobster risotto; and Ashton, his Rack of Venison which was incredibly tender and flavorful.
